My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being centrally located with easy access to attractions, but the room facing the street side, across from The George Pub, meant dealing with loud live music every night till 1:00 AM. The room itself was tiny, yet clean and cozy. The service, while generally friendly and helpful, had some inconsistencies, especially when it came to requesting new towels. Breakfast was disappointing due to limited options and poor quality fruits. However, the facilities were decent, offering basic services and amenities.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice view into the street, but they are not soundproofed, so expect some street noise. The service was very helpful with various requests, but there were delays at the reception. The location is excellent, close to public transport and major attractions, though it may be noisy due to nearby nightclubs. Overall, a good value for the money with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring all of central Lisbon, with a very friendly breakfast and good surroundings. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. However, my room faced the road, which was a bit disappointing, and the windows opened to a back alley, making it slightly dark.
